Attendance fees
Attendance fees cover attendance at the event, copies of the visual aids, and all daytime refreshments including lunch, but do not include travel or hotel accommodation.

Programme changes

Payment
Payment is due before the event. Cheques are payable to Arcati Limited. Payment may also be made by bank transfer (NatWest Bank, Sort code 60-21-51, A/c no 13472402) or by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx).
Cancellations and substitutions
Places may be cancelled in writing without penalty up to fifteen days before the start of the event. Cancellations made after that date or non-attendance will be charged for at the full rate. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the event.
